Order Placement and FAQs

All orders are encouragedto be placed online for immediate securing of the parts/components you require.In case the client is unable to or is uncomfortable with placing an orderonline, we welcome all orders, online and offline as well. How can buy?

 Selectthe parts you want to purchase, register your account and then proceed tocheckout. 

 Incase you are purchasing with a credit card, enter your billing, shipping, andcredit card information when prompted. 

 Incase of extended payment terms, you may then add that purchase order number toyour order when prompted, and check out. 

 Incase of payment by wire transfer, please follow the instructions online.

 Finally,if you submit orders via EDI, or if you plan to send an email to sales@activatopower.comwith a purchase order attached, please follow the protocol specified by yourpurchase department head.

Order Cancellation or Modification

The following restrictions are one of theprime reasons why Activato Power Electronics can offer you theinventory and bargains displayed. 

 Bookingsmade at  are final.(Cancellation, refund, exchange, transfer, or modification of order - even fora fee – is not permitted.) In the event of items received not matching your order,or are materially defective, please see the returns and replacements section.) 

 PurchasedItems are non-cancellable and non-returnable unless indicated otherwise on thelisting. 

 Ifyou would like to purchase additional parts soon after you've checked out, youmay do so only by booking a new order. You cannot add parts to an order alreadyin process. 

 Youmay, however, use the same purchase order number to order additional parts. Ifyou choose to do so, we will reference that purchase order number against twoseparate sales orders.

 Abooking once made on will be charged to your credit card oryour account for the total price shown in the shopping cart.     

Payment Methods and Customer Support

If youchoose to pay immediately by credit/debit cards give the required details onour secured payment partner web site and confirm. Payment partner will do apre-authorization debiting to your card. Your payment will be accepted by us atthe time of shipping. And in-case of a permissible cancellation of the orderfrom any of the two parties, the amount will be reversed to your card, ordebiting will be dropped. You may have to bear for any transaction chargeslevied to you by the payment gateway in case of the permissible cancellation isdone at your will. 

 PublishedPrices are not negotiable.

 Allstandard forms of payments are accepted including pre-paid methods like wiretransfer, PayPal and credit cards. Credits worthy customers are also given theoption of extended payment terms. Please email to applyfor extended credit terms. 


 Customerscan choose from leading freight companies such as FedEx, UPS, TNT and DHL, atcheckout. 

 Anoption to select pre-paid freight arranged by or to input yourcorporate freight account numbers will be displayed. Choose as appropriate. 

 Allrelevant shipping and tracking information, including airway bill numbers, isprovided automatically upon shipment of each purchase. 

Returns or Replacements 

 Productsare deemed accepted by customer unless notification is sent to the Sellerwithin 10 days of delivery. A Return Authorization Form issued by Seller ismandatory for all returns or replacements. 

 Inthe event that the customer refuses to accept delivery of any products orreturns any products without authorization from Seller, such products will beheld by Seller awaiting customer's instruction for 20 days. Thereafter theproducts are deemed abandoned and are disposed as seen fit, without creditingcustomer's account. 

 Allrequests for return material authorizations in association with defectivematerials claims will be examined thoroughly for validity prior to authorizingreturns.

 If material defects are recognized inthe assessments, test results may be sent to the parties, and a creditcompensating the purchase will be issued. Replacement parts may also beprovided to the customer.  

Guaranteeand Warranty

Each ofactive products from ACTIVATO POWER has been given a manufacturer warranty and ofobsolete part given a warranty period of 1 YEAR .During this period, we couldprovide free technical maintenance if there are any problems about ourproducts. 

If you findquality problems about our products after receiving them , you could test themand apply for unconditional refund if it can be proved. But it's just onthis premise that the product is not used and the packing is not damaged.
